Our business has been established and continues to grow on a referral basis.

  1. You have been referred to us by a family member, friend, colleague or other Trusted Adviser.
  2. We arrange an informal meeting to discuss your requirements and initial queries. We will also discuss our business in detail and provide you with a copy of our Centia Handbook.
  3. Upon agreement, we will schedule a formal meeting with you. In this meeting we will discuss your requirements, desired outcomes and undertake a diagnostic of your current financial affairs.
    We will ask you to complete our Personal Summary Form and collate information to bring along with you to the meeting, ensuring our time together is as productive as possible.
    This meeting will be held at our office and will take approximately 90 minutes.
    As a referral to our business, there is no cost to this meeting.
  4. Where we highlight areas of your financial affairs that we can assist you with (and you agree), we will offer to prepare a Proposal for Services for your consideration.
    Our proposed services and associated fee will be fully disclosed and detailed.
  5. We will discuss any queries you may have with respect to our proposal and then you decide whether to proceed with the advice relationship.
  6. Once engaged, we begin implementing a Structured Approach to prioritize and systematically deliver the outcomes required.
  7. You gain clarity and peace of mind knowing that your financial affairs are in order, freeing up more time to do the other things important to you in life.
  8. We enjoy a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
